Update 23rd April 2018: we’ve got just 5 days -- this week the EU will vote on an historic ban on bee-killing pesticides.
Our pressure is working! We now know that Austria and Germany are voting for the ban -- we’re *this* close to winning a massive victory for the bees.
But there are still up to 8 key countries that could go either way. To get us over the line we’re ready to double-down on hard hitting ads that key decision-makers won’t be able to ignore -- it could be enough to push the vote in favour of the bees, but we need your support to make it happen and the clock is ticking!
On 27th April, EU governments will vote on whether to ban a number of neonic pesticides -- the future of the bees hangs in the balance.
We know these pesticides are responsible for mass bee die-offs and now evidence shows the same pesticides are killing birds too.
After years of campaigning by SumOfUs members like you, we’ve finally got an EU vote. We simply can’t miss this opportunity.
We’re ready to plaster our bee-saving message over Brussels news websites and major newspapers in key EU member states. But we need your support to pull it off.
Can you chip in now to save the bees?
