Google, Apple and Microsoft’s tax dodging could end in Australia.
The Government has announced a plan to close shameful tax loopholes used by multinational corporations. Billions of dollars would flow back into the budget to fund vital public services like schools and hospitals.
But powerful tech giants like Google, Apple and Microsoft are doing everything they can to water down the bill to dodge taxes. They have the money, the connections and the lobbyists they need to influence Treasurer Scott Morrison. Unlike everyday Australians like you and me.
What we have is people power. If you speak up now, you’ll help drown out the corporate lobbyists and remind the Government that they answer to us.
It’s rumoured that the bill could be in Parliament within the next few weeks – so we have to act now.
Can you tell Treasurer Scott Morrison you support his plan to close the loopholes?
