An Australia Day billboard featuring two Muslim girls in hijabs was taken down after the company received abuse and threats from bigots.
Both girls are Australians like you and me.
But a minority of people are telling them that they’re not. I can’t believe we have to keep saying this, but no matter your religion or race, you should be able to call Australia home.
The billboard celebrates the diversity and multiculturalism of Australia. We can’t let a group of nasty people attack a key foundation of our country.
This is a time to stand by our values of inclusion and solidarity. If you add your voice now, you’re making sure that our voice is louder than the bigots.
Can you please tell QMS to put this billboard back up?
