North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory has pushed what some critics are calling "one of the most extreme, anti-LGBT bills we've seen yet." Corporations are lining up to denounce Gov. McCrory, but we want to get him in the only place he'll notice: his job.

PayPal has already shown North Carolina that anti-LGBTQ prejudice hurts your economy. It yanked plans to build a brand new global operations center in Charlotte that would have brought in 400 new jobs.

But AT&T, Caterpillar and Siemens are all major contributors to McCrory and his party. If we get them to pull their funding of the governor as long as he continues to pass hateful legislation, we can hit him where we know it will hurt: his corporate backers.

Tell McCrory’s corporate donors to call him up and say there’s no money for hate.

Bill HB2, or the “Trans bathroom bill” is simply scary. It was passed in a single day and makes it legal to discriminate against LGBTQ folk in the workplace or in public accommodations. It also forces trans people, including children, to use washrooms of their assigned gender—not the one they identify with.

The outcry from the people affected by this horrible law and their allies was swift and fierce. Corporations -- like NC-based Bank of America and nearly 100 other big corporations soon expressed their displeasure with the bill.  Although North Carolina is definitely feeling the pressure -- especially after PayPal showed it that anti-LGBTQ hate hurts your economy -- Gov. McCrory has stood firm.

But without his corporate backers, he won’t have a prayer at retaining the Governor’s seat.

Will you ask AT&T, Caterpillar and Siemens not to sponsor prejudice? Don’t fund McCrory’s election campaign.
