Trump has signed an executive order to force its U.S. operations into the hands of his ally Larry Ellison, the MAGA billionaire bankrolling Trump’s comeback. TikTok is one of the few platforms where Trump’s narrative doesn’t dominate. So he’s doing what authoritarians do: seize control.
Let’s be clear: this deal is about controlling the minds and voices of young people. We cannot let that happen.

This deal isn’t a coincidence. TikTok has transformed U.S. political debate - giving space to pro-Palestinian voices, young organizers, and anyone challenging the far right. It’s a huge reason Gen Z has rejected endless war, occupation, and Trump’s politics. And that terrifies them.
If Larry Ellison - the second-richest man in America and one of Trump’s biggest donors - takes over TikTok, it will become a MAGA right-wing disinformation machine.
Ellison isn’t just another tech titan. He’s a powerful political actor: the top donor to Friends of the IDF and a close ally of Benjamin Netanyahu. Handing him TikTok hands the far right control of one of the most influential platforms on earth.
If we don’t act now, we could wake up on December 17 to a very different TikTok - one controlled by the people trying to silence us.
