My name is Fatah Sadaoui, I live in France and work from a small office near Paris, I lead SumOfUs’ palm oil campaigns.
For more than 3 years, I’ve worked with SumOfUs members across the world to stop palm oil destroying the pristine rainforests that desperately endangered species such as orangutans and the Sumatran tiger call home.
My job means I see up close the real destruction that palm oil causes: the abuse of the workers producing it, the wiping out of communities, and the environmental decimation.
But it also means I get to see the real change that we can make when together we stand up to the worst corporate abusers.
Thanks to hundreds of thousands of SumOfUs members like you taking action, giant corporations including McDonald’s, Starbucks, Krispy Kreme, and Samsung all now source sustainable palm oil.
I know together we can force companies to clean up their act. But to take on some of the biggest companies in the world and make them change I need your help.
By becoming a monthly donor, you’d be supporting this work in the best way possible -- ongoing contributions mean I can plan ahead, knowing I have the resources I need to go toe-to-toe with some of the biggest companies in the world.
Please will you make a monthly donation today -- to help us stop destructive palm oil once and for all?
