The Diamond pipeline is a disaster waiting to happen. Plains All American Pipeline, the corporation behind this new threat to clean water, is facing criminal charges and millions of dollars in fines for safety infractions and spills from its other pipelines. This pipeline would transport 200 000 barrels of sweet crude from Oklahoma to Tennessee and it's only a matter of time before it ends up polluting the waters and lands. 

The Diamond pipeline would also pass through the jurisdictional boundaries of four Oklahoma-based indigenous tribes, including several sacred sites along the Trail of Tears. This new pipeline has the potential to be another Standing Rock.

We must stop the desecration of indigenous lands and sacred sites.

Pipeline and oil companies are scrambling to build pipelines but, as public pressure mounts, it's becoming harder and harder to do it without public outcry. The resistance to these pipelines and the reliance of dirty fossil fuels is imperative to protecting the Earth and all its waters. 

Trump and his oil company cronies are not listening to the voice of the people but individual states have input in the pipeline construction process. By pressuring the states of Oklahoma, Arkansas and Tennessee we have a good chance of getting our voices heard and the pipeline stopped.
