The UK is being bombarded hyper-targeted adverts on Facebook potentially costing millions of pounds. They have one aim -- to influence the way you will vote. 

Political ads online are designed to manipulate you and millions of other voters. But it doesn’t have to be like this. Facebook could temporarily ban these sinister adverts and help make sure our election is free and fair - for everyone. 

We want to send a message directly to senior Facebook executives like it’s No 2 Sheryl Sandberg, its Chief Operating Officer . They have the power to change Facebook’s election ads policy. 

They’ve already come under intense pressure from politicians from all over Europe to do more about fake news and protecting elections. Our voices might be the tipping point for him to finally take action.
