This Committee of MPs needs our help proving, once and for all, the harm Big Tech is doing to our day-to-day lives. They want to hear from us, from YOU! 

Your story could become parliamentary evidence, so here’s some reminders:

• Be respectful -- they will disregard any abusive message, let’s not waste it.

• Social media is the focus -- share harmful content seen on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat etc.

• Be specific -- the more concrete the example, the more useful it is as evidence.

• Examples of harmful content: disinformation, hate speech, conspiracy theories, self harm, racism, violence against women, and other harmful content.
