Labour MPs are about to choose their new leader, and the next Prime Minister. A flood of messages to Labour MPs about Palantir’s government contracts, like the one with the NHS, will show MPs that the government’s ties with Palantir is a massive voter loser - and in turn they’ll push Burnham to act.

• Palantir has contracts with Trump’s ICE and the Israeli military, its CEO, Alex Karp, has said legalising war crimes is good for business, and the company’s co-founder, Peter Thiel says the ‘NHS makes people sick’.

  
  

• Yet the UK government has signed hundreds of millions of pounds worth of contracts with the company. A growing number of experts and MPs are asking whether this US Trump-aligned company should be given access to mountains of sensitive NHS patient data and national security data.

• The contracts are deeply unpopular with voters. New YouGov polling shows that three quarters of Labour voters oppose Palantir’s contract with the NHS, and 79% say its unacceptable for US Big Tech firms to handle national security data.

• As your constituent I’d like you to demand Labour’s new leader break all government contracts with Palantir.
