Unbelievable. Lloyd's of London has been caught red-handed cutting its climate commitments and carrying out an audacious greenwashing attempt to cover it up. We can’t let them get away with it.

For over a month, Lloyd’s has refused to publish its new climate “Guidelines”. Why? Because the polluting insurer is walking away from its “green” commitments to end insurance for the most destructive fossil projects from 2022.

But too bad for them, a whistle-blower has exposed the facts buried in the details of the Guidelines. Lloyd’s is now telling its members they don’t have to bother about any restrictions, meaning Lloyd’s will continue to invest in dirty projects well into the future.
