Mexico’s President just decreed a law to fast-track construction of a new mega tourist train that would destroy the third most crucial biodiversity hotspot on the planet.

This ecological and humanitarian disaster will drive out-of-control development, deforestation and pollution -- and force thousands of Indigenous peoples from their land.

But legal experts in Mexico are telling us this decree is unconstitutional -- and we have just 30 days to challenge it in court.
