We, the undersigned, demand that NHS nurses be given a fair and just pay rise.

NHS nurses are the backbone of our healthcare system, working tirelessly to provide essential care to patients. Despite this, their pay has not kept pace with the cost of living and many are struggling to make ends meet.

A pay rise for NHS nurses is not only fair, but it is also crucial for the recruitment and retention of staff. Without adequate staffing, the NHS will be unable to provide the level of care that patients deserve.
