There is a showdown EU vote on plastics coming up in just 8 days.

If Coca-Cola and the plastics lobby get their way, it could mean more years of plastic bags and bottles starving and tangling up fish, birds, dolphins and whales. But, if we can push politicians to do the right thing, this vote could set Europe on a new path toward clean, sparkling seas where life thrives.

We have a plan ready to roll: we'll run opinion polls Europe-wide and splash the results in carefully targeted adverts, to get them in front of decision-makers just before the big vote.

It's our chance to show the European Parliament environment committee just how many of us want tough anti-plastic rules.
