Brave community members in Osceola Township, Michigan are heading to court to stop Nestlé from sucking their community dry.
The government in Michigan granted Nestlé a permit to pump this community's water despite massive local opposition -- and now members of the township are gearing up to challenge the decision in court.
They have a strong case and could win. In 2009, Michigan courts ruled against Nestlé when it tried to make another a huge water grab in the state. Community members have just 3 weeks until the court case starts, and they need to raise $20,000 to secure top lawyers.
Can you chip in whatever you can to help Osceola Township fight back against Nestlé?
