Bad news: The European Union just cleared Bayer’s take-over of Monsanto, caving in to pressure from Bayer and Monsanto’s lobbyists. Now we are in danger of a mega-corp that will control everything we eat from farm to table. 

U.S. regulators can still stop this deal. We are working round-the-clock with our lawyers in the U.S. to draft up papers to prove the deal is illegal. And we are collaborating with farmers to make sure their voices are heard in the backdoor lobby meetings with legislators. But we are running out of money to fund this crucial work.
