Far-right Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro says it's his "dream" to crack open the Amazon.
And he's been fast-tracking legislation to make his dream come true -- opening the rainforest to out-of-control mining and expelling Indigenous peoples from their ancestral lands to make it happen.
One of his hideous bills is about to come up for a vote -- so Indigenous leaders in Brazil are leading an urgent, all-out push to stop him.
Thousands are traveling from their lands to the capital for an epic demonstration against Bolsonaro’s plans. And these brave defenders are asking for our help to ensure they have enough food and shelter to keep up the fight.
They're counting on you -- will you chip in today to stand with the Amazon’s Indigenous people as they defend their sacred lands?
