This month pesticide giant Bayer will gather its shareholders in Bonn, Germany. One of the issues sure to be up for discussion is its planned nightmare merger with Monsanto.

But, with your help shareholders aren’t the only ones who’ll be there.

The Bayer-Monsanto merger would be a catastrophe for our food system, giving one massive corporation control over what we eat, from farm to table.

To fight back we’re mobilising like never before for a massive demonstration right outside the shareholder meeting. 

And we’ve got an ace up our sleeves: Former President of Paraguay Fernando Lugo, the number one foe of the pesticide industry. Lugo is an outspoken critic of these pesticide giants and seeing him turn at the annual meeting is Bayer’s biggest nightmare.
