What do tampons, children’s breakfast cereals, an evening glass of wine, a dying man’s cancer, and the fate of the bees have in common?
Glyphosate -- the cancer-linked chemical in Monsanto’s flagship weedkiller, RoundUp.
Glyphosate is so dangerous that some distributors are pulling it from their shelves because they can’t get insurance against health-related lawsuits.
Not only that, but Costco just became the first major retailer to take RoundUp off its shelves.
Now with this momentum we need your help to pressure Canadian Tire to do the same.
Canadian Tire’s big yearly investor’s meeting is happening soon and if we can show investors that customers want Canadian Tire to protect their health, executives will be forced to listen.
We want to show up in full force, with mobile billboards and a big crowd to send a strong message to executives: RoundUp is too dangerous to be on Canadian Tire’s shelves. But we can’t do it without your support.
I am in! Let’s pull glyphosate from Canadian Tire’s shelves!
