After the Austrian government passed a national ban on this toxic pesticide, all that’s left is for the EU Commission to agree to it -- but under pressure from Bayer's lobbyists, the Commission is stalling.

Bayer-Monsanto is pouring millions into defeating the ban. Execs know that if it goes through, it’ll open the floodgates for bans across Europe – and the rest of the world.
