11-year-old Hassan traveled 700 miles all by himself to escape Putin’s bombs - clutching two small bags and a passport, a phone number scrawled on his hand.
Hassan was eventually reunited with relatives, but thousands of other unaccompanied children in Europe still need our help – traumatized by wars in Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen, now living in squalid camps or on the streets, and easy prey for traffickers.
Grassroots teams have been working round the clock to reunite child refugees with family members in Europe. Now their workload has surged overnight and they urgently need our help.
If we all chip in, we can supercharge these heroic teams – providing more children with legal and emotional support to get them out of danger, across borders and back with their families. They’ve already helped 1,800 kids get to safety – just think how many more we could help. Are you in?
