Doug Ford just announced he’s spending $60 million of our hard earned tax dollars on lawsuits to prevent cap-and-trade from ever coming to our province. This massive waste of money would be a major blow to the climate while potentially costing our economy billions in lost revenue.
It’s a lose-lose situation.
Ford’s attack on our planet allows the biggest polluters like Shell, Esso, and PetroCanada to pump unlimited climate-destroying greenhouse gases into the environment.
But we have a plan to stop Ford’s agenda before it gets pushed through. His environment Minister, Rod Phillips, is particularly vulnerable, especially as his riding has been traditionally held by the Liberals. Conservative voters want fiscal responsibility, not economic chaos, and with your generous donation we’ll plaster ads that will remind all Ontarians of Ford and Phillips’ plan to waste $60 million dollars and cost the province billions in revenue. If we can raise $5,000 by the end of the week, we can get these ads out in the environment Minister’s home riding and up the pressure from the inside.
Will you make a donation today to stop Ford’s attack on the climate?
