Residents of Osceola township are watching water levels in local streams drop drastically since Nestlé moved into town and started pumping their water to sell for massive profits.
For years Nestlé has tried to crush this tiny town so it can pump even more water to sell at an eye-watering profit.
The tiny township of Osceola has been locked in a two-year legal battle against Nestlé -- but after mountains of lawsuits, the community is drowning in debt.
So they’ve asked for your help today. The final decision on whether Nestlé can pump more water is soon -- and if they can’t get some money to their lawyers, this tiny township risks losing everything to Nestlé.
Please, can you chip in to keep Nestlé’s greedy hands off Osceola township’s precious water?
The group heading the legal challenge is called Michigan Citizens for Water Conservation (MCWC), a grassroots,
non-profit, all-volunteer organization. Please visit their website to find out more: https://savemiwater.org/information-about/
