Like a majority of SumOfUs supporters -- I am devastated by the results of last Thursday’s election.  With Doug Ford’s conservative majority, we definitely will have our work cut out for us to on many fronts, with protecting our water from Nestlé’s greed high on that list. 

During the election, you accomplished so much including delivering a 117,000-strong petition directly to the Liberal government calling for a phase out of bottled water permits, making water an election issue. 

But we still have a lot of work to do, especially with the two year moratorium on new permits coming to an end at the end of the year, and Nestlé chomping at the bit to take 1.6 million litres more per day at a new well. And we can’t do it without your help.
