The Canadian province Ontario lost 58% of its bee colonies in just one year, but the agency in charge of protecting the bees from harmful pesticides is still refusing to ban bee-killing pesticides.
Why? Because they're getting hammered by pesticide lobbyists.
We know how to make the government listen to us, we’ve done it before in Europe. Your donation will help mobilize grassroots support and send beekeepers and scientists to help us deliver the message to the Canadian government: you need to save the bees from these deadly pesticides.
But we need to act now -- before it's too late for our bees.
The only way to fully protect Canada's bees is with a total neonics ban. We helped pass the EU's ban, and we can use those same tactics to ban bee-killing pesticides in Canada, with your help. Will you chip in to save the bees?
