If you have an all-electric vehicle mention that and why you like it. Or if you want one but haven't been able to get one because of the cost or supply chain issues, mention that.

Right now Australia doesn't have fuel efficiency standards, we're one of the few big countries without them. Fuel efficiency standards put limits on the amount of CO2 emissions that car makers are allowed to produce. The EU has had fuel efficiency standards since 2009, and they've been proven to increase the uptake of all-electric vehicles and reduce vehicle emissions.

To have a climate-safe world and keep global warming below 1.5 degrees, all new vehicles sold in Australia must be electric by 2030.

A new Electric Vehicle Strategy should not have any loopholes for petrol or hybrid cars.
